Beef Steaks - Remove the fats before cutting them into slices.
For Marinating the beef :
Soy Sauce (You can also use low sodium soy sauce.)
Worcestershire Sauce (Vinegar with soy sauce is a good substitute.)
Liquid Smoke (Or you can use smoked salt, as Liquid smoke, because some may contain Sodium Nitrate, BHT, and BHA.)
Brown Sugar (Coconut sugar or date sugar can be used as a substitute.)
Salt
Pepper
Meat Tenderizer (You can also use a raw papaya as it is a great option to marinate the meat.)
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
These daily-use ingredients will gather to make a perfect meal for you.
How to make
Gather the necessary ingredients.
Cut the Beefsteak into thin slices.
Take a bowl and thaw beef slices in it.
Pour ¼ cup of soy sauce.
Add 2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce.
Add 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke.
Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt.
Add 1 teaspoon of pepper.
Add a teaspoon of meat tenderizer.
Add a teaspoon of onion powder.
Add a teaspoon of garlic powder.
Add a teaspoon of paprika.
Leave the meat in the refrigerator for marinating for at least 7-8 hours.
Put air fryer basket into the pot.
Add the beef slice into the air fryer basket.
Cover the lid and dehydrate at 140F for 4 hours.
Dish out the slices and meet the tasty meat.
How to Serve
The best way to serve the Instant Pot Beef Jerky is to have it with different sauces Sriracha Sauce.

- 2 lb beef round steak sliced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
